Geneo Eco Window used in North London scheme

Astec Window Systems are using Rehau’s energy efficient Geneo window system in their latest partnership with A2 Dominion.

The scheme, in North London, will benefit from using the Geneo system – the most energy efficient window product in it’s class.

£550,000 project for A2 Dominion

Astec have just secured the framework for works to UPVC doors and windows for A2 Dominion Group, one of the country’s leading providers of high quality housing.

We will be supplying UPVC windows and doors to existing properties over the next 24 months.

The estimated value of the works will be in thr region of £550,000

Community Housing refurbishment

AsTec have been awarded a UPVC window refurbishment of Southwood Smith House, part of the Mansford estate, Bethnal Green, London.

We’ll be working with Durkan, a major supplier of affordable housing solution, to replace UPVC windows on the 36 year old block of flats containing 21 properties.

Work will commence early June 2011.

Christian Action Housing

AsTec’s glazing expertise are being used in partnership with Mansell Construction Service’s London office on an important project for Christian Action Housing.

We’ll be supplying aluminium windows to 39 domestic and six commercial units located at Burleigh Way, Enfield.

An important part of the contract is ensuring that all homes will achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

This design and build contract was negotiated through the North River Alliance Framework.

East End Homes Tower Hamlets

AsTec Window Systems and partner firm Breyer Construction are primed and ready to commence a major refurbishment scheme for East End Homes.

The project involves upvc window installation and overhauls to over 156 properties in the E1 London area.

The works are expected to run till 2012 with an approximate value of £300.000

Camden Childrens Centre Refurbishment

Astec Window Systems have commenced work on a London Borough of Camden Childrens Centre refurbishment.

Our high degree of professionalism and efficiency should have as little impact as possible on the vital services the Children’s centre provides to local Pre-School children.

The project requires the installation of new aluminium storey height window screens, doors and skylight windows as part of a major refurbishment to all the Centre’s classrooms.

Care Home project nears completion

We’ve been working closely with Lovell Partnership to supply Aluminium Curtain Walling Screens to a new care Home in Boston, Lincolnshire.

The Care Home is the property of Boston Mayflower Ltd, who are committed to providing their residents with support and assistance to maintain an independent lifestyle.

Astec Window Systems were a natural choice to carry out the high quality of work they require to maintain their customers independence.

Poplar HARCA Housing Association overhaul

Astec Window Systems are experts at working seamlessly with multiple agencies and contractors involved on major projects.

We are currently an approved supplier of two major construction service contractors, Mulalley and Durkan involved in projects for the Poplar HARCA Housing Association.

We are working closely with them overhauling, replacing and improving doors and windows in the Devon’s and Lansbury Estate’s, E14 London.

ADF praises AsTec windows

Astec Windows appeared in The Architects DataFile recent Doors and Windows Supplement. The magazine praised our new aluminium clad windows.

High Performance

ADF remarked on the high performance-low thermal rating 0.8 W/m2K and the low maintenance of the new product.

Worth a serious look

ADF stated that any architect, designer, consultant, specifier or house builder should seriously take a look at them!
